1 STAR - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I ordered a coffee and politely let the staff know they were out of half and half, just trying to be respectful and helpful. Instead, the barista loudly and sarcastically made a scene to the other employees like “oh hey guys, we’re out of half and half, oh no,” with a very condescending attitude for absolutely no reason. Even other customers seemed confused by how unnecessary the attitude was. It took everything in me not to confront the young barista, some goofy star tat on her forearm - over how unprofessional she acted. If you go here, just be prepared for rude employees and poor customer service over something as simple as trying to help. Honestly, drive to another location instead.

That is horrible service, their employees alway not make drink one by one Order,so funny they make walking and take out order first, delay all delivery order. The driver need take half hour waiting they make delivery order. So very slowly than other locations Starbucks. All 3 employees make take out or walking customers order, nobody prepare delivery order. That is it this store manager policy? And thanks nobody no driver want wait long time and never go agian this store pick up delivery order. If this store really do not like make delivery order, please shut down or turn off your door dash and uber eat or Grubhub app. Thanks!

Nice Starbucks with no drive through. Orders are always correct. It’s a great Saturday morning spot to chill.

My husband so sweetly suggested getting lattes out because my espresso machine was having difficulty, and i just couldn't figure it out. I was already happy that i was getting a latte out with my husband when the barista offered to make our lattes in ceramic mugs. Be still my heart. It was like a kiss from God in heaven. I was even happier. My caramel brulee latte was extra scrumptious this time, and i sure loved the added touch of kindness. My husband loves the lemon loaf and the caramel macchiato! Great experience this time. 💚
